Getting started
Call handling
Connect your business number
You do not port or change your number. Log into your carrier or VoIP provider and set call forwarding for the calls you want handled — all calls, after hours only to start, or only when busy/no answer. RingCentral, Grasshopper, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most business lines support all three.
Train the AI on your website
Paste your website URL and the AI reads your services, service area, hours, and any pricing you publish. From there you can add approved answers for the questions you hear most, and set which services count as emergencies.
Place your first test call
Call your own number and walk through a booking as if you were a homeowner. Interrupt the AI, give a partial address, ask something off-script. Anything that feels off is easier to fix now than after your first real emergency call.
Emergency transfers
You decide what counts as an emergency and who gets the call. Common rules warm-transfer to the on-call tech only when there is no cooling or heating and a vulnerable occupant is home. Everything else becomes a scheduled visit with a text summary. You can change the rules any time from the dashboard.
Billing
Plans are month-to-month with no contract. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard, and many shops switch to a lighter schedule during the shoulder season instead of canceling.
