Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use TrueFrontline, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, business name, email, phone number, and billing details when you sign up.
  • Call data. Recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries of calls handled on your behalf, plus caller phone numbers and any details collected during a call.
  • Usage data. How you and your team use the dashboard, and technical data such as IP address and browser type.
  • Website data. Standard analytics about visits to our marketing site.

How we use it

  • To answer calls, qualify callers, book appointments, and notify your team as you have configured.
  • To operate your account, provide support, and process billing.
  • To improve the accuracy of the AI and the reliability of the service.
  • To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

Call recordings and consent

You are responsible for complying with call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction, including any two-party consent requirements and applicable telemarketing rules. We provide configurable call notices and record each call's consent state so you can demonstrate compliance.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run the product — including cloud hosting, telephony, and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of it. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and the public.

Retention

We keep call recordings and transcripts for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and then for a limited period to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can delete recordings and transcripts from your dashboard at any time.

Your choices

You can access, update, or delete account information from the dashboard, and you can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we honor verified requests.

Security

We encrypt data in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, restrict internal access on a least-privilege basis, and monitor for unusual activity. See our security page for more detail.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify account holders by email and update the date at the top of this page.
